Very comfortable, very sturdy, very warm. Great slippers! Tight Fitting at first, but give them a week or buy a half size bigger.

The service from Zappos was excellent, but these slippers were a disappointment and I’m sending them back. They aren’t too bad looking, but there were several problems with them. I ordered them in my normal size, 9, and they seemed to be at least a full size too big. My heel came completely out of the slipper with each step which I didn't like. I ordered slippers with a back so that that wouldn’t happen. I realize that they are made to "slip on", but this was way too loose. The furry lining was very cozy, but they put their big stitched-in label right on the heel of the slipper which took away from the nice feeling on the feet. In addition, the soles were so paper-thin that they seemed like they would probably wear out extremely quickly and definitely arent’ suitable for even light outdoor use. The overall craftsmanship and stitching just didn’t seem very sturdy to me. Maybe if you’re looking for something just to wear while sitting by the fire, they could fit the bill, but I would recommend ordering a size smaller than you wear. I spoke to a wonderful woman at Zappos Customer Service this afternoon and she was extremely helpful in explaining their return procedure which is one of the best and fairest out there. Thankfully I won’t have to worry about exchanging these for something more suitable.
