I absolutely love my shoes. I wanted something not black or brown so I went with the blue color. I did not have a problem with the elastic staying on my heel as some people did. The toe box area can be bothersome, so some may want to size up. This is my second pair of Report flats and both are similar in make, the other has the ruffles. I just saw the new ones they have and I will definitely be ordering those, too. My first pair had the same toe box issue, too.

I originally wrote a review about this shoe how comfy it was right out of the box. It was, at first. After I wore it for awhile, the toebox area was pretty uncomfortable. It rubbed against both my pinky toes and started to give me blisters on them. And the insole just wasn't padded enough. It was a pretty cute shoe, but did not work out for me. I had to return them. And as I previously stated the elastic in the back is weird. It kind of slouches down on your heel like you feel you have to keep pulling it up in the back. I recommend flats from Me Too. They are super comfy and nicely padded. As always, Zappos is the best!

This shoe is absolutely adorable! And comfy right out of the box! The elastic is soft, not the kind that can be too tight and pinch. The only kind of weird thing is the elastic in the back seems like it slouches a little on the bottom of your heel like it doesn't pull up far enough. It doesn't fall off, but it's almost like you feel like you have to keep pulling it up in the back. But all in all, they are really cute and I will be keeping them. As always, Zappos rocks!

Really wish I hadn't bought these. By the 2nd hour of wearing them, they were falling off the back of my foot constantly. They're not too large for me (I have size 11 feet); it's just the structure and elasticity are quite poor. Every now and then I am stupid and try to wear them for the day, and constantly have to stop on the sidewalk and pull both of them back into place on my heel. No fun!

These shoes are very cute, & comfortable around the band of the shoe, but seem a little snug in the toe, as if they are about 1/2 size to small.
