Fabulous service!
I have had trouble finding narrow walking shoes
locally, but will never worry about it again.
The service I had from Zappos.com was wonderful!
I ordered the shoes on Sunday afternoon and they
were delivered at my house on Tuesday afternoon--
free shipping! The shoes were exactly what I had
been looking for. I ordered N or 2A and they are
a little wide, but I had already worn them when I
realized that. I will just wear thicker socks and
the next time I order, I will try the slim. Thanks for such an easy way to shop and have the
absolutely best service I've had in a long, long
time.

The most confortable shoe I have ever worn -
I find this shoe to be the most comfortable shoe I have ever worn. This is my fourth pair. When the store I bought the first 3 pair closed, I was almost "hysterical" wondering how I was ever going to find another. How lucky I was to find Zappo's, their service was supburb, they shipped promptly and I had the shoes with just a few days. I love these shoes they fit wonderfully. Many thanks to Zappo's. I Love this Shoe -
I have had problems with any shoe but as I’m on my feet all day at work needed to get one that would feel like a glove, I have no knee cap in my right leg and needed comfort and I have found it my feet don't hurt at the end of a 9 to 10 hour day, and my legs don't burn like with other shoes I have tried this hush puppy is wonderful.

The Best Work Shoe I've found so far!
I work in a kitchen and have found this shoe to be the best for the past 8 years. And I've bought 1 to 2 pairs a year. They don't need to be broken in and they don't slip on wet or oily floors. I highly recommend these for comfort and safety. The only thing I would change is to add better arch support. There is NONE!

My wife loves this shoe, very comfortable and very soft. Felt broke in an hour after they were on. True to size and width. Like most newer ones now just wishes tongue was a little longer. Great buy at a great price at Zappo's.

This shoe provides a stable and comfortable fit for people who spend a lot of time on their feet. The uniform shoe design is not very interesting, but the lines are attractive and the comfort is great!

Favorite walking shoe -
These are the most comfortable, best-looking walking/everyday casual shoes I've tried. They are the only ones I buy anymore. I'm not happy about the price...so I just wait till they're on sale. I take a narrow width so I appreciate the fact that I can get a proper fit.

Walt Disney Walking Shoes!
I needed a pair of great walking shoes for a recent trip to Disney World, and bought these after reading all the wonderful reviews.
I have to admit they were very comfortable right out of the box, and I did a lot of walking around many parks.

A Close Second -
I had to find athletic shoes in black for a new job fast, so I went straight to Zappos.com. I ordered the Upbeat and the Classic Walker to compare. I ended up going with the Classic Walker and returning the Upbeat. I tried the Upbeat on first and they were so comfortable I thought they were going to be "the one", but, the Classic Walkers were just a bit more comfortable and I preferred the smoother lines. Still, a great comfortable shoe and may fit you better.

I am surprisingly happy with the Hush Puppies "Upbeat" shoes I just purchased. I have a very difficult time finding a shoe that will fit as I have a very narrow foot (AAA). The Upbeat fits perfectly and is comfortable. I am a nurse so am on my feet for 12 hours. The Upbeat's cushioning is so good that my legs and feet no longer ache after a shift.
Zappo's was wonderfully patient as I tried to find a shoe that would fit. Upbeat was the third shoe that I tried. Each return/refund was handled quickly and efficiently. The service is remarkable.

Hush Puppies Upbeat Shoes -
I have purchased two pair of these shoes each year. Since we work at home, I am able to wear this for work and pleasure. They are extremely comfortable, wear well, and look very nice. The fit seems true to size and come in wide and extra wide, if that is needed. I am diabetic and this is the only shoe I have found that fits my foot properly without extra pressure on my foot. I highly recommend this to anyone for casual use.

I have bad knees and will have to have them replaced soon I have a hard time finding a shoe that will hol my feet up so they dont fall inward these do it. My feet have never felt so good and my legs don't hurt all the time. I would recomend them to any one, Ime comparing prices they are $85.00 in our stores plus tax for Utah.

Ten+ Years and still going -
I bought my first pair of Upbeats in 1993. I was looking for a pair of good walking shoes for our trip to Yellowstone. I was hooked. I'm, um, ample, if you know what I mean, and without enough cushioning and support my feet will kill me. I can't count how many pairs I've had since then. I even wear my black pair to work on casual days. I wish I could wear them all the time.

Wish I hadn't bought these -
I usually get the Classic Walker, but I decided to try these in addition to a pair of the above. These are more expensive. They are also "stiff" and heavy and feel "clunky". I can't return them because I have worn them once -- I will chalk this up to experience.
