Cute, comfortable shoe. Bought this for myself then purchased a pair for my daughter. Both pairs have been very gently worn (maybe 3 times) and the rhinestone keep coming off--I crazy glue and they still fall off--can't find website/phone for company to ask how I can get the rhinestones to stay on--guess I'll try hot glue next time. Very disappointing for a pricy shoe!

I wore these shoes for my rehearsal dinner and loved them. They are so cute and comfortable. The perfect amount of sparkle and the perfect heel. Fir is true to size.

This is just the right amount of bling to dress up formal wear or shorts! This little black shoe with the rhinestone top is catching everyone's eye!
Not so comfortable with the hard thong between the toes, but I'm hoping it will soften with wear. CUTE, CUTE, CUTE! Makes me feel like a princess when I wear them!

These are just as comfortable as they are elegant! I usually feel a little self-conscious when my toes show, but not with these beautiful sandals!

Perfect Shoe; Perfect Customer Service -
Several years ago, I purchased a designer evening gown; however, I never had a chance to wear it. Subsequently, I never purchased shoes to go with it. I finally had an event to which to wear my beautiful dress, but I could not find shoes to match it. I was totally stressed out as the event was fast approaching. After countless hours shopping at every store in town and on-line and after making numerous disappointing purchases, I finally looked at Zappos.com. Tracey 2 is a very beautiful and elegant shoe and complemented my dress perfectly. I love this shoe. This shoe can also be dressed down. I was very happy and satisfied with this shoe. It was very comfortable; I danced all night. Prior to purchasing the shoe, I wanted more information. So, I telephoned Zappos, and I received excellent service. I ordered the shoes on Wednesday and received them on Friday. It doesn't get any better than that. Zappos.com, you are a lifesaver.

 |  | Dear Customer Service, I would like to personally say Zappos is an amazing company that I will always order from. I am never disappointed with the service, merchandise, etc. I just ordered a pair of boots that I ordered the wrong size and received them yesterday and ordered the right pair last night and saw on my email that the new pair coming is arriving today which is incredibly fast service. There is no reason for me to order anywhere else for shoes. Zappos has the best selection of shoes that are gorgeous and also the customer service team is always incredible and extremely helpful.
