These shoes are so comfortable. The heel is great. I get so many compliments on how cute these shoes are.

I really, really wanted these shoe to work out. They\'re different and a nice blend of dressy casual BUT I has trouble with the strap across the toe pinching and my heel kept sliding out of the shoe. Great shoe for someone without my feet.

These shoes are sassy indeed! They look so cute that I feel that I am becoming Alice in Wonderland! They also are incredibly comfortable but also have a little heel to help with the height issue which in these kinds of Mary Janes is rare. So, if you are petite like me, they are perfect for casual walk abouts. No, you can't really take a long hike in them but you weren't planning to in these little shoes, anyway. Fits true to size.

 |  | I ordered some Globe Castros, but they were too big and so I needed to send them back. I was surprised at how customer friendly the instructions were and how quickly I was able to get my return label. Immediately after that I put another order except one size lower. Apparently I checked today and my item was put on priority with no extra cost. That is awesome customer service. Thanks Zappos team and continue providing this outstanding service!
