These shoes are adorable. I bought them for my 2 year old granddaughter. I want badly to say they are well made; however, the faux shoe strings have come out from the leather. They are elastic and I am having trouble stretching them and gluing them back into the leather. I wanted the velcro closing, I was surprised that they weren't whole strings actually threaded through the eyelets. Other than that, they're durable, and are true to size and very cute. If the string had not have come out, I'd have given them an A.

I turned to you for service because you have been so prompt and friendly with my previous orders. My latest order was somewhat urgent because I use a toaster oven for most of my hot meal preparations and my 10 year old machine suddenly burned out. I was willing to wait for a ground shipment of 3-4 days, but no, not only did you have the
item I needed in stock, but you e-mailed me that it will be priority shipped just because you like me as a customer! Jeez, make me feel special. Not only have I educated my friends and family how awesome you are, I just posted a notice on our company viewing board (7,500 employees) touting your services.
