Shoe Size: Felt a half size larger than marked
Shoe Width: Felt true to width
Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support

At first I was concerned that the shoe would not look as I expected them to look from the Zappos website. But I was very pleasantly surprised. This is a great pair of shoes. The quality of the finish and workmanship are all top-notch. And the look is elegant yet rugged, just the way I like it!

	You people are the greatest! I do not for the life of me know how you do this stuff. Is it true that you have many, many little happy elves out there in your location outside Las Vegas? I hear they work 24/7 and love every minute of it; but that some have to take time off at Xmas to head for the Pole! Oh well I'm sure you get subs. Thank all of them for me! Jane B.
