These a great boots but a bit too small, unfortunately. I might pass them on to a friend or return them. I must say that I am truly impressed at the service I receive from Zappos, and I know the returns are easy and without hassle. That is why I don't hesitate to order, even though I am unsure of the size.

I know this is only my opinion, but these are the ugliest boots I have ever seen. The fake suede looks more like some kind of polyester fabric than it does suede. They have this chemical odor as well.

They looked cute in photo, but were way too baggy on my leg. I wear a 10 (calf 14"), and I've noticed most shoe manufacturers just increase the overall size, especially in the leg. It's really just huge. Sorry to have to return them.

 |  | I am a F.T. bar tender and am on my feet all night standing, walking and sometimes running! I work hard! I have had the same work shoes that I LOVE for about 10 years! I found your site through my daughter and found a pair of what I thought would be good work shoes. I saved my tips and months later made the order. I was ambivalent about spending so much money on SHOES but decided to just do it! They arrived yesterday morning! I wore them last night for the first time forgetting to bring a back up pair in case they hurt (new shoes and all). Well, I'm just sooooo happy to say that I LOVE them! My feet were just fine – ALL NIGHT! They were like wearing slippers w/ arch support. This morning I put my poor old tired out work shoes in the trash with no regrets! Your staff was SO kind and helpful over the phone and the promptness of delivery was amazing! Thank you so much! I'm getting my outfit ready for tonight and look forward to sporting my new Nato shoes! Consequently, I am now an internet shoe shopper! GO ZAPPOS! LOVE-LOVE-LOVE YOU!!!
