These shoes are really (really) cute. I got the red pair, and the color is a little darker than shown in the picture (at least on my screen).... almost a sort of burnt red. The problem is they are wide through the arch and in the heel. Even though they feel true to size in the length, I keep stepping out of them. I do have a slightly narrow heel, but not abnormally so. I hope I can find something to add to the inside of the back of the shoe so I can wear them; otherwise, back they go.

 |  | I ordered shoes last night around 8:00 pm. They showed up at my door this afternoon. How do you do it? Is there really a Santa? Congratulations. This is the best customer service experience I've ever had. You put everyone else to shame. Keep it up!
