I absolutely love this purse! It is the perfect size and matches with everything. The only problem was that the stitching on the handle was coming out and came undone when I pulled on it! I fixed it myself and you can't really tell. I could have returned it or exchanged it but I really did not want to go through the hassle. But it is a really beautiful purse!

I adore my new bag, I got it in espresso color. It\\\'s super charming, very spacious, has a little detachable heart-shaped mirror inside, lots of pockets, a nice heart charm hanging from the bag and very chic look. I am now hooked on Juicy!

Wonderful bag.
I was impressed by the size of this bag when I received it. I'd read that it was pretty roomy, but I really was impressed! The materials are rich and luxurious looking, and the details are beautiful. Being black, it will go with nearly any outfit and any season. Though the description does not mention it, there is a removable heart-shaped mirror on the inside, and there is also a heart shaped charm/chain on one of the handles. Really, a lovely, spacious bag with some flair.

I love this bag. It is a great espresso color that goes with just about everything. It is very soft and comfortable to carry both by hand and over the shoulder. It is very roomy which is a big plus for me as it gave me somewhere to store my cloth shopping bags and on days I am doing just a little shopping, I can put my items in it.

 |  | Dear Zappos, I just wanted to send a quick note to tell you that I will be a loyal customer for as long as you exist! I have never once had a bad experience with Zappos.com and have found even returning a product is pain-free. Many people find buying shoes online to be a process that is a hassle based on shipping costs and not getting a chance to see the shoe actually on their foot, but you have done a tremendous job not only making shipping easy, and FREE, but also providing a number of angles for a shoe online so it can best be represented without physically holding it. I have purchased numerous shoes, sandals and boots from Zappos over the years and have never once been disappointed. Most recently, I was upgraded to expedited shipping for free on my most recent purchase, which again pointed out why I love Zappos so much! My educational background is a degree in marketing as well as an MBA focused in strategic management, which makes me extra critical of things like customer service as well as other business functions. Zappos always comes up as my example of companies who are doing things right and charting their own path to success. I recommend your site to people all the time and hopefully they will experience the delight I have come to know as 'the norm' when dealing with Zappos. Thank you to everybody there for their hard work, dedication and emphasis on the customer. It is not going unrecognized and you have me hooked for life!
