I received these shoes today and tried them on. They are beautiful and sexy looking shoes on the feet and though they are more in heel height than I am used to, they fit like a glove on my extra wide feet. Usually can’t find shoes to accomodate my short, wide, extremely high arched foot. These are just beautiful. I got these in the red, but they are more wine colored than red. Just a beautiful shoe, but my only complaint is this is not a shoe that you would want to go anywhere you have to walk or stand in, but that is because I am unused to heel height and I am a heavier girl. Someone who is normal weight and is used to higher heels would probably be tickled by this shoe all around.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: David Tate boots are awesome for someone with a bigger calf than normal.

 |  | I have told friends and family about Zappos and it was just because the service has been wonderful. As a 63 year old, I recall the super service given in the old department stores. I mourned the loss of that quality service as stores cut back, closed, went mall, outlet, superstore, online.
