Beautiful shoe, but the sizing was a bit funny. Seems like it maybe wasnt fitted to a real person before production. The lower toe straps were way too tight, while the upper strap was loose. Had to go a size wider, and theyre still a bit snug near the toes while the upper strap is quite loose. Still, they look great, perfect heel height & the color is the same gorgeous refined gold as the photo. Will keep.

I have bought several pairs of shoes from Zappos, but I must say I was very disappointed in these shoes. I ordered 11W. They felt 1/2 size too small and they were not wide. Also, the top strap was really loose and would not hold the shoe on your foot and the straps around the toes was really tight. I love you guys and will continue to order from you.

 |  | I can't thank you enough! I have always had a difficult time finding comfortable shoes because I have a very narrow foot. I now have a medical foot issue that has progressed to the point of needing to replace nearly all of my shoes with relatively flat, well-made (translation: expensive) shoes to enable me just to walk without excessive pain. Needless to say, it is difficult to know immediately if a given shoe will both fit my narrow foot and not cause a great deal of pain after an hour of wear. Your free-return policy has been a true blessing to me. It is not easy to spend $170.00 on a pair of shoes that may hurt my feet after an hour and be unwearable if those shoes cannot be returned easily. The specialty shoe store in my area is great, but they offer a limited selection and any special orders can only be returned with a 15% restocking fee. Other online shoe stores require me to pay the return shipping fee and cannot begin to match the customer service that you provide. This can get costly and time consuming when one has the type of issues I have and needs to replace an entire wardrobe of shoes with well-built shoes. I have to say, even if I did not have foot issues, Zappos would be my shoe store for the selection and great customer service alone. Additionally, you offer such quick shipping, the best customer service I have found in as long as I can remember and great selection. I am incredibly happy that I was told about Zappos. You have simplified this part of my life, and believe me, with my foot pain, that is a very large part of my life. I have written other thank you notes to Zappos as well, but I wanted to send a special note of thanks for the quick shipping. I will continue to rave about Zappos to friends and family!
