This handbag is sassy, tooling is nice, design is fun. Yes, this is not a scrunchy soft bag, if it were you couldn't do the the hand tooling. Size is good, very open inside with no organizational pockets. So if you need the pockets, this is not the bag for you.

Very nice bag, roomy and stylish and a great add to my American West collection. Has a top zipper so nothing falls out if you are clumsy like me. Leather is quite nice. Highly recommend.

I ordered the black body with brown trim handbag. It is beautifully tooled and stitched. The handles could be a bit more substantial (like double thickness instead of single), but I don't really foresee a problem at this point, it might take a few years before they seem really flimsy and worn. I am looking at getting one of the other colors. I think that this handbag is a good price considering the size and the beautiful tooling.

I agree with the other reviewer. The quality was not good and the bag not very well made. The leather was very stiff and it didn't not look as expensive as it was. Back it goes, too bad because I really wanted to like this bag.

This is a cute bag but the quality is disappointing. It is very light weight and the stamped tooling is cheap looking. Some leather conditioner might help, but I was not willing to risk it. Therefore, I am returning the bag. Thanks anyway, Zappos.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
