Great online descriptions, and incredibly quick shipping. On the items I returned they make the returns very easy and credited my credit card almost immediately. I can't wait to need some more shoes so I can get them from Zappos.

This is a good value and comfortable house slipper. Be aware that the sizes seem to run a bit small. I ordered the large size, (9-10), am a size 10, and my toes hit the tip. I\'m hoping that they\'ll stretch out as I wear them.

I had found these shoes in a local department store and loved the look and feel and value, but they didn't have my size and the saleslady showed no interest in helping me. I went home and ordered them online that same afternoon. By noon the next day they were on my feet. I love these shoes, perfect for jeans or dressier slacks, and I love Zappos!

Cool look, but runs big -
Ordered these for my boyfriend, who is a 10 (ahem, wears a 10), and he was stepping right out of them. Seems ordering a full size down would be in order. They look good, though, much different from the many "old school" slippers on the market. They have a nice West Coast vibe, even look a bit gangsta.

Francisco shoe rocks -
Saw this shoe on Zappos and decided to give it a shot. I could not be happier. I'm using this as a quasi-slipper for wearing around the house and other casual wear. Recently wore them in Vegas without socks and my feet stayed cool in 107-degree heat. I'm a size 11.5 tennis shoe and these XLs fit me perfectly ... And Zappos is the BEST online shoe seller without a doubt!

DVS Francisco - black corduroy -
I’m a size 12. I ordered the XL and it was a little snug, but I’m expecting it to get looser while it breaks in. Great for skating around the block and for this price, you can’t go wrong.
