I love these boots and they are really cute! They're good for fall, but I don't think I can get much use out of them in the snow since they aren't waterproof (which i discovered the hard way).

Disappointed. First, I thought they are made from real leather, but I was "happy" to discover they are not (I have them in cream). Second, they are too flat, so my toe sticks out and it doesn't seem pretty. Anyway, have to keep them; sending back from Russia is pricey. Hope they go through next 3-4 months at least.

I got the brown ones but had to return them. They\'re a lot tighter than I thought. I have wide feet and from the pictures, it looked like I would be okay. But once I tried it on, it was quite snug. The top part of my foot felt really tight too. It looks like soft leather but the material was nothing like it. It was really hard to turn the front flap over to show off the faux fur. I also felt that the shoes looked a lot cheaper and didn\'t look as stylish in person.

I ordered them in my regular size and my toe hits the front. I will be returning them and getting the next size up. I ordered the red and navy plaid ones with the fleece lining. The lining is not inside the entire boot. If you look at the boot, there is the toe/instep area, and the ankle/heel/shaft area. The toe/instep area has no fleece and the footbed is also not fleece. They do seem to be roomy enough that you could put a fleece liner in there if you so desire. I may do that, I was looking for a more cozy Ugg alternative. But they look really cute! Way cuter than ugly old Uggs.

I love these boots! They are super comfy and cute too. I like that they are short, and that you can fold the top over. I like to wear them with some leg warmers. I would totally recommend them to you!

Exactly what I expected. Perfect. I was looking for a more fashionable, dressy boot as a comfortable alternative to an ugg-style boot. I usually have problems with comfort, but these shoes were absolutely comfortable, right out of the box!! I live in a city and I have to walk a lot, I put the shoes on right when the UPS guy brought them and walked out the door. Not too casual not too formal, perfectly comfortable and cute for an everyday boot. I wear them with leggings and a dress, I don't think they really work with boot-cut jeans, but you could definitely tuck skinny jeans inside them. You can slightly adjust the width of the leg-part of the boot by tightening the tie in the back. (I recommend a double knot) I bought the black ones, and I want the gray ones next!

 |  | I just wanted to thank you for being so wonderful. Last week I ordered a pair of shoes but when I got them home the color didn't match so I needed to return them. What I didn't realize was that when I shipped them back to you, my cell phone charger was also in the box. The last couple of days I have been going crazy looking for it. But to my surprise it showed up today. My UPS driver just dropped off a tiny Zappos box. As I opened the box knowing that I hadn't ordered anything, I was amazed and grateful to find the charger in there. This little gesture just proves how much your company goes above and beyond for their customers and I for one truly, truly appreciate it. When you say "We are always here for you" you really mean it! I love your company, site, and all you stand for and do for your customers. I can't thank you enough for making my day! I hope you have a wonderful weekend!
