Long shoe is looong -
These are really adorable shoes, but they seem to run a bit on the large side, especially in length. I ordered my usual size - 6 1/2. I was super excited to wear these. The leather is nice and soft, and the style is wicked hot.They were true to width, perhaps a touch on the narrower side of normal, but found that there was more than an inch of extra length, and the ankle strap was loose even on the tightest setting, and my ankles are not dainty in the least. All of this mattered a great deal in the rest of the fit - the back of the show bulged out, and the T-strap, which ideally should lay flat, was arching over my foot. And I was so looking forward to wearing these today, too. I'm going to try ordering them a half size down, hopefully I'll have better results.

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
