I bought these for my mom for her birthday, and she absolutely loves them. I have a pair in men's just like them, and they are so comfortable.

I have purchased from Zappos several times and was surprised by a friend of mine from Zappos also. I have been very pleased with each purchase and the time it takes to get the shipment. Will continue to do business in the near future.

 |  | Hi there Zappos, I just got my tracking number for a jacket I ordered yesterday, went to the UPS website and saw that it was out for delivery. After placing dozens of orders through Zappos, processing a few returns, and contacting customer service by phone a few times, one would think that my overwhelming love of you guys would wear off. But, it hasn't; it only gets more intense with every positive experience (which has been each and every Zappos experience I've had). Anyway, I think you should have a testimonial submission function on your site – I would probably fill one out after every order.
