This was my first purchase of Charles David shoes and they are extremely comfortable and well worth the money. I would, with no hesitation, purchase Charles David shoes again. The only suggestion I would make is that you maybe order half a size larger than what you normally wear. I would recommend them to everybody. I also love Zappos and purchase from them on a regular basis. They also make their return policy very easy.

LOVE these shoes - LOVE Charles David!! I ordered these (in gold) and a few other pair for a special occasion and I ultimately will be returning these because the Charles David Voila (patent camel) matches better. I'm bummed that I can't afford to keep these, too, because I love them and they are super comfortable, even though I have a slightly wide foot.

 |  | I just wanted to say how much I love Zappos and your customer service. I recently had an order of 4 pairs of shoes. I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes. But best of all you shipped them all in one large box which was really convenient because I didn't have to wait for 4 shipments.
