Superb! I take a wide size and Zappos is the only place I can find a selection of good quality dress & casual shoes that I have a chance will fit well. The Neil M. Rome shoes are excellent! Fit is true to stated size & width. Very comfortable and look great, too. As always, Zappos provides Super Service all the way, from ordering to e-mail notification to delivery by carriers. Thank You for your "old-fashioned" service here on the Internet!

These shoes are beautiful and comfortable almost to the point of slippers. These shoes look even better than the pictures suggested. My expectations were met beyond what I had hoped. I don\'t find that often. Nice shoes!
