This shoe didn't fit my foot at all!! I was surprised. The thong really bothered my foot (I'm usually okay with thongs) and once I put the shoe on, I couldn't even buckle it through the first hole. It felt like my foot was being forced forward in order to buckle the shoe and that's when the thong killed me. Very uncomfortable, but just looking at the shoe it is very cute.

	Dear Zappos Team- I ordered two pairs of shoes this morning (around 10am) and I receive an email that my order not only had been processed, but shipped and it is 2:40pm-on the SAME day. AND I was upgraded to priority status. I have to say WOW. This is the most impressive online service I have had from retail - ever. I bought my wedding shoes from you back in Feb, and I do recall how fabulous your customer service team was. I can't believe I have waited this long to purchase from Zappos again. You went above and beyond my expectations and I greatly appreciate that-esp. in these times. I order online a great deal because of my busy schedule and it is hard to go out and go shopping. This is the best treatment I have had by far- and I haven't received my shoes yet, but I know I'll get 'em much sooner than I thought. KEEP IT UP!!! Thanks for your excellent service! Katherine
