I ordered my Easy Spirit shoes with standard shipping about 8:30 or so last night, Central Daylight Time...they arrived here in Omaha NE at 4:20 today...less than 24 hours! I had received a notice that shipping would be upgraded from the standard 3-4 business days...but this is truly fantastic. I tell everyone about Zappos… in fact, two other women and I were in a department store shoe dept. one day about two years ago...waiting and waiting to be helped...when one woman and I stood up to leave, giving up on being helped...found out that she and I both used Zappos before and were going home to do just that...we clued in the third woman on your website, so now she can enjoy your excellent service as well...I have had these Easy Spirit shoes before, and was SO glad to see you still carried them! They were packed perfectly and arrived in perfect condition. Thank you for showing everyone what a good company can accomplish with terrific selection, speedy service and great return policy (which I have never had to use).
