Good stuff - I work in an automotive plant lab, so the steel toe is a little overkill, but it's not overly heavy. The non-slip undersole isn't the best (Skechers still has that locked), but it's still good. It wears like a tennis shoe and has great support in it. For the money, it's worth it.

Great shoe with a minor flaw -
A friend bought me these for work. I own my own ceramic tiling business and I need these to protect my toes because I deal with a lot of heavy equipment on a daily basis.
When I received them and wore them once, the steel toe inside (closest to the laces) got bent on the right shoe and I could bend it back with my fingers. I guess the problem is that since I lay tiles, I'm constantly crouching down and it must have pushed down the edge of the steel inside. The weird thing is that the left shoe is fine. So everyday when I put them on, I bend back the steel to its original shape. I'm just hoping that the bending back and forth doesn't cause it to eventually break. The part that bends is VERY small so it wouldn't interfere with the function of the steel toe so I'm not too worried about it.
On the positive side, these shoes are SO comfortable. I have very sensitive feet and my feet never hurt despite the fact I typically spend a good portion of the day on my feet. The size I ordered was perfect and true to size.
Also the steel toe is very strong. I typically rest very heavy boards on my toe so I can get a grip on the boards to carry them.
Of course the main reason I bought these shoes were for their looks. They look great and are very lightweight considering they have a steel toe. I've never worn steel toe shoes before and I don't notice any considerable extra weight.
I highly recommend these shoes. They're a little pricey but as I always say (despite what my husband thinks-lol); you really do get what you pay for!

I ordered these shoes and they are very comfortable. They are a little heavy but I don't seem to notice this while wearing them. Shippng was unbelievably fast. Great pair of work shoes!

I really enjoy these shoes. I use these for work and they are the most comfortable shoe I have ever had. The only thing that I would change about these, are to make them in different colors also.

Worth the money.
Great shoe. I have wide feet and these truly were the size I ordered. I wear them everyday and they are holding up very well.

Beware if you have never worn steel toe shoes -
In defense of this shoe I must first say that the quality is outstanding. The styling and materials are top notch. Unfortunately this was my first steel toe shoe purchase and I all to soon realized that walking in shoes that are heavy at the toe is problematic. I walk 4 miles to work, stand for a 6 hour shift and walk 4 miles home. As well seasoned walker, I have been performing this exact activity pattern for a year. These shoes made my shins hurt which I suspect was due to their weight at the toe. I wore them for 4 days of work/walking and they now reside in the bottom of my closet. They are useless to me and I cannot return them since I wore them. It was impossible for me to adequately test them for comfort at home on a carpeted surface. I just want to let my fellow walkers know that this shoe will not meet your needs. I understand Nautilus also makes this style in a non steel toe which would make them a great choice for walking.

Most Excellent Shoe -
I bought this shoe before I went on a trip to Amsterdam... LOTS of walking and never left a sore spot or blister. Very sturdy and very comfy. Not to mention it's a great looking shoe!

I have to say that I chose them for their looks. I love them and have received many compliments. I like that they are fairly unique. I bought them for the stairmaster. Probably better for a trail shoe. They are a bit heavy, very comfortable. But, I would not trade them.

These shoes are great! I am the goalkeeper for the women's lacrosse team at Division II Long Island University. My hand skills are a little slow so I make a lot of kick saves on low shots. The steel toes and athletic style of these shoes save me from frequently breaking my toes and allow me to stay at the top of my game! Thanks so much for you great invention.

I love the feel of these shoes. I have a high arch and require extra wide shoes with good arch support and have finally found the right ones! These feel great and don't seem like they will lose their supportiveness any time soon (unlike other sports shoes I've tried in the past).
