Cute shoe, too bad about the "child size" ankle strap!
I have normal sized ankles (actually slim compared to the width of my foot), but the ankle strap did not even reach around my ankle! It was a child size strap on an adult sized shoe. The length of this shoe fits (a 'perfect' 7.5), but not the width: I ordered a 'W' (wide width) and it is NOT wide. It feels like a 'M' regular width.

Cute but not comfortable -
There is a red cushion thing in the heel area of the shoe that felt like it was not supposed to be there and made it very uncomfortable. Too bad as they were different looking and would have liked them if they were more comfortable.

 | | I want you to know how pleased I am that my dad received his shoes so quickly! He got them today. I am amazed! He is a patient at the VA hospital in Denver. He is a WWll combat veteran who lost his leg after stepping on a land mine. Recently, he was taken to the VA hospital because no one at his present home could care for him. He was sick, malnourished, and to add insult to injury, could not use his prosthetic leg because it caused a sore on his amputated stump. To shorten a long story, he had no shoes with him with which to begin learning to use his new prosthesis. I ordered them Saturday as soon as I hung up talking with him and he received them today. Now he can begin the long journey to regain his stride and health. He will be returning to the east coast of Virginia to be with family. My sincerest thanks for helping my dad recover and come home to me. Barbara I. | | ~ Barbara I., September 29 2009
