Shoe Size: Felt a full size smaller than marked
Shoe Width: Felt narrower than marked
Shoe Arch: No arch support
Comfy, but not completely satisfied -
"Sock" slipper felt too small; thin (indoor)sole not long enough and sock height was only mid-calf. Knitted cotton was thick and soft, but I felt this slipper should have been longer in the sole and higher in the leg for the price.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Halfinger (Zappos does not carry)

 |  | I just wanted to say how much I love Zappos and your customer service. I recently had an order of 4 pairs of shoes. I knew if they didn't work out I could return them without any problems or questions. Luckily I liked all the shoes. But best of all you shipped them all in one large box which was really convenient because I didn't have to wait for 4 shipments.
