I found Lassen shoes just browsing, and thought that the Manda Fisherman looked comfortable. I need a wide width shoe, and my size (8) wasn't available in the darker color and I thought the lighter shade of tan looked very light, but I ordered them anyway. To my surprise the color was darker than online, and they are very comfortable. They have a wide toe box, and do not hurt my feet anywhere. They are also deep enough that I can put an orthotic in them, which I have, because the shoes could use more cushioning overall, which almost all shoes needs more of. Then I wanted to order more, but Zappos is out of either color in my size and width, but I am hoping they will get more in stock. In the meantime I may try other Lassen styles if they are this comfortable.

Ahh, really says it all. Once in these shoes my feet felt like they were in heaven and they are not coming back! I found these shoes to be most comfortable to wear all day. I'm tall and heavy and my feet felt so well supported. Length and width were comfy for size advertised.

Not your usual comfort shoe, but pretty comfy. I received this shoe yesterday and wore if for 8 hours at work today. It's fairly comfortable and fits me well. The leather is nice looking. There is not much padding in the heel and I could tell if I wore them to walk any distance (I usually walk to work. I know, I'm very lucky.), I would end up with rubbing or at least blisters. Hopefully the heels will stretch a little. I have had foot problems and my feet themselves did not hurt in these shoes. Just the heel. The thing that gets me is that if you aren't willing to pay a lot of money, you are not going to get a truly comfortable shoe, at least in my size.

I received these shoes in the Natural Texas Leather color today. This is a very well-made shoe. The leather is beautiful and very soft. I LOVE the design, particularly the stud embellishments and the little stitching addition on the toes. The soles look very sturdy. I would say this shoe is true-to-size. I personally prefer leather shoes to anything made of synthetic material and am very pleased with this pair. I may order them in the darker brown for the cooler months.

I love this shoe so much but it is just a little too short and it doesn't come any bigger (I take a 12M). I am heartbroken because it is just what I wanted and is very comfortable otherwise. The brown color is richer than it appears in the picture.
