Super Cute but Runs Small -
I love these sandals! I originally ordered an 8, but they run a bit short so I had to exchange them for a 9. They fit great on my wide feet! The adjustable buckles have a little stretch in them as well, so they fit snug without any slip-age. They're also very soft and flexible.

 |  | Your customer service is so awesome you must get sick of receiving these types of emails, however I had to send a thank you. I only placed my order yesterday and yet today I get home from work and SURPRISE! My boots are here! Free shipping, fast shipping, giant selection...what else can a customer ask for? Customer service in general is lacking when dealing with other retailers but Zappos rules!
