I wore this shoe to a wedding last week and got so many compliments on them! They are surprisingly comfortable for a 4" heel, but I do think they will be more comfortable with an arch support insert. Also, the top part of the zipper on the back does rub against your ankle, so wear a cushioned band aid to prevent breaking any blisters or breaking of the skin. Overall, a high end looking shoe at a fantastic price! I recommend ordering true to size.

	I love zappos! Customer service is great. While some shoes do not always fit right, it is a brand issue not a zappos issue. Whenever I need shoes, zappos is the first place I go and I am never disappointed. Thank you zappos for customer service always being #1!!! Julie S.
