Good sturdy boot. I've never looked at Dan Post boots before until just recently. I was really surprised; I am impressed by the inner workings of this boot. It seems Dan Post works a little harder on the finished products inside as well as out. I just wish I could get it one size smaller. These boots have rugged good looks and I think they'll last as long as you take care of them.

These are extremely well made boots. The stitching is good. I found two minor flaws in the decorative stitching that you can't see from more than a few inches away, and the leather is of good quality. The "worn" finish is perfect. The heel isn't too high, and these are comfortable for a full day of wearing.

I got these boots for my husband. They are true to size and we liked the taller shaft. Not too high of a heel. It is much lighter in person than in the picture. Very distressed and looks worn in already, which is nice because you don\'t want to be wearing an obviously new boot the first time if you\'re a guy. My husband has only had the opportunity to wear them once, but they were comfortable and his feet felt fine.

taken the necessary steps to make it happen.
