These shoes are cute and pretty comfortable; however, you can't easily slip these shoes on and off. If you try to just slip them on, the tongue of the shoe gets pushed back and, of course, that makes it very uncomfortable. I would like these a lot more if that problem could be fixed. I bought these shoes because I thought you could easily slip them on and off and instead it takes as much time to put them on as it does to put on a regular pair of tennis shoes.

I love these shoes. So many of these shoes with open backs can be uncomfortable and slip off. Not these. They are true to size and the arch is perfect. Hope once I wear these out they're still making them. I should just buy another pair now!

Felt like a foot pillow the very first time! When I slid my feet into these right out of the box, they felt like custom made wrap around foot pillows. I love them! Bonus: they came with an extra set of laces!

Very cute shoe - These feel true to size & so comfy when you first put them on. I like the fact you can adjust them with regular ties, as opposed to some Skechers shoe styles where there is fixed elastic. The "multi" has a nice sprinkle of color that makes them look less like marshmallows! However, I've found that they lack good ventilation & so they tend to get very warm, with or without socks. Therefore, they seem better for spring or fall rather than summer. Also, I found myself struggling to keep them on if I went for a long, brisk walk or a run with the dog. So they seem to be better for casual strolling or low energy activities (such as shopping, out to dinner, sight-seeing, etc.).

These are very cute shoes and comfortable too. I ordered my true size and they fit fine. They look very neat with capris and a t-shirt.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
