These boots are absolutely gorgeous and more comfortable than they appear. They are so soft! I couldn't find anything unique with the right combination of sexy and classy at Macy's or Nordstroms. I don't know why I didn't go to Zappos first! The customer service is what will keep me coming back. Next day delivery, a great return policy and friendly reps. What more can I ask for, seriously?! Thank you, Zappos. You will be first in my pursuit for the perfect shoes/boots/slippers from now on.

Hot! These boots are super hot and sexy. And considering the height, they are very comfortable and easy to walk in. The only gripe I have is that the toe box is a tad snug, but other than that, the boot is great. People are constantly telling me how much they love 'em.

I would like to start off by saying: Zappos.com is amazing. My first order with Zappos.com wasn't that long ago. On one of my orders, Zappos was so amazing to give me a special priority in upgrading my shipping date to the next day I placed my order. What other place does that? Not only did they do that, they always email you right away when you place an order. Other websites take so long, you worry if they even got the order. And, in Zappos website, it's so helpful. When looking at an item, it gives all the information you need. Your size, your color, and price range you are willing to spend. AND if the item is sold out, they email you once the item is back in stock. Come on! What other website does all of this! None! When I receive my shipment(s) at home, the packaging is so cute, neat.
