The boots are beautiful. However, the construction of the heel is awful. When I purchased them I tried them on to make sure they fit correctly which they did. Then the next night I wore them out and to my embarrassment the heel broke off! I am very disappointed and can't return them since they have been worn. I've never ever had this problem with any shoes. Zappos did provide great speedy service and shipping. So 2 thumbs up to Zappos, but 2 thumbs down to Two Lips!

When I first got the boots I was completely in love, until I wore them out. The heel became loose the first time out and when I took them to my shoe repair man, he refused to fix them because he couldn't "insure the quality of the design." He basically told me he wouldn't fix them because he couldn't guarantee that the heel wouldn't break again! After wearing them out one time. Extremely frustrating for the price I paid. I am not pleased.

I love these boots. Bonus: so does my husband. Very sexy! True to size for me. I wear a 7 1/2. They really are a good deal when compared to similar quality and style.

I got these high heel OTK boots in black suede and am totally amazed at how comfortable they are. I\'d anticipated taking them to my shoe guy to have the heels cut down. To my chagrin, I wore them for hours without any discomfort. I wouldn\'t recommend them for anyone with above average size calves as my legs are thin and the shaft fit is very snug. Additionally, these are, by far, the sexiest black boots I own. I am very happy with my purchase and love the exemplary customer service here at Zappos.com.

 |  | Most of the time people just email to complain. This is just the opposite. I'm totally thrilled with my purchase, as I have been in the past just buying shoes. This is going to be the best Christmas ever for my mom. I was a wee bit unsure about ordering some clothing online for her since she is so incredibly fussy, but this item is perfect!
