I've had the bag a week. I needed something professional-ish looking (can tote it wearing a suit), but didn't want a boring black bag. Pros: has absolutely everything, storage-wise, and the TSA flip-down laptop storage is a big plus. The water bottle holder (rare on most "nice" bags) doubles nicely as a small umbrella storage pocket. Design wise it's not just another stuffy, plain Jane black soft-shell bag, just a hint of being a little more stylish without going over the top or full messenger. Cons: Man, this thing is heavy! And it does store quite a bit, so the potential is there for it to really weigh you down. It's my biggest, and only, gripe (so far).
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Timbuk2 makes a slightly less functional, but more stylish, TSA-approved bag.
