There is no way this picture does justice to these shoes! I rarely write reviews, but I have to rave about these shoes! Love Jessica Simpson shoes and Zappos!!! Very comfortable by the way...

I just received these sandals and I absolutely love them! They are elegant and casual at the same time. These sandals are really comfortable for having 5 inch heels, the rubber soles help, and they are quite light on your feet.

	I was so excited about the UGG boots I bought, but they didn't fit right, so had to return them. The entire process from beginning to end was exceptional, and the customer service agent was AWESOME! Thank you so much, I guess good customer service DOES still exist. Too bad other companies can't take a page from Zappos book! Thanks, you've acquired another life-long customer! Kelli
