These were my daughter's bridal shoe. Even though I did not wear them, personally, she told me they were great. She has an average width and she put them on and instantly knew they would work for her wedding day. They did! And the service and shipping? You can't beat it! Thanks Zappos! I've been here many times and can't wait to shop again!

I am extremely happy with Zappos.com. I ordered my shoes and 2 days later they were at my front door.\r\nI had been everywhere in the mall and major department and shoes stores looking for silver dress shoes in wide. I hit the jackpot with Zappos.\r\nThe shoes I ordered were very comfortable I worn them for 12 hours for my sons wedding with no problems.\r\n

I ordered these shoes in a 10W and they fit more like a 9-91/2 in the length. I ordered an 11 and they fit more like a 10. The new pair came within 24 hours of ordering them. The shipping process is so easy with Zappos, plus it's free! I wore the shoes to a wedding and was pleasantly surprised at how comfortable they were. I have feet issues and am very selective of my shoes. These shoes met my needs and exceeded my expectations.

I purchased these shoes in white for my wedding and it was so hard to find an attractive shoe in a wide width. These shoes are not only pretty but very comfortable. I search tons of website and stores I want to say thank Zappos for your wide selection of shoes and Bouquests's for making a pretty shoe in a wider width.

 |  | I love your Company and have ordered several things. I am dealing with kidney cancer and am always looking for red shoes to make me feel happy when I am getting chemo. You have always been able to help me. Your staff is amazing and last month I ordered a pair of red sandals and just recently received a box filled with little gifts to make anyone feel better. Your team member also sent me your 2008 Culture Book with a beautiful note. I have been reading all the uplifting notes that many people wrote in the book and can't believe that there are so many wonderful people out there. I also worked for a company who had core values that we all had to follow, but when I got cancer, this health company did nothing to help me through this time. They recently stopped my disability because they said they only allow two years. I am now going to live on my social security of $1,400.00 per month. I sent the CEO a letter requesting an extension and was told they have done all they could for me. My Chemo pill alone costs $6,000.00 per month and I have to stay on the expensive Cobra so that I can get it. Soon that too will expire. I just know that I have such high regard for your company and Zappos. Thank you for being who you are and I wish I was close to Las Vegas to visit your place and thank everyone personally.
