Do not buy these! I have had them a little over a month and the heel has a hole in it and the bottom of the sole peeled off on both boots. The heel has essentially collapsed. SO not worth the money.

I love these boots! I bought these because the heels aren't super high. They work well with my jeans that have gotten a little shorter over time. The rubber soles are quiet when walking. I love that because I work in a hospital and don't like to make a clunking noise when walking around.The side zipper makes it easy on and off. They are a little snug on me because I have a wide foot and they are a B width,but I love them anyway! Zappos you are the best!

These boots look nice on your feet. I ordered a AA. The toe is close to a AAA in fit, but they are comfortable if your size is in-between a AA and AAA. No "breaking in" period was needed for them.

 |  | Dear Zappos, My daughter (Morgan) is a student at Ohio State University.
Approximately one month ago she had emergency gall bladder surgery. On Tuesday, September 15th, she had a follow up with her surgeon before she was to leave to move into her dorm on Thursday, September 17th. At the appointment, the surgeon advised that under no circumstances was she to lift over ten pounds until the end of October. We were told to that she would have to use a rolling book bag. My friend highly recommended Zappos.com. On Tuesday, September 15th, Morgan and I picked out a book bag from Zappos. Morgan was so anxious to place her online order, she did not choose the priority shipping option. I called Zappos within 15 minutes of her placing the order. Your customer service rep was very kind and far exceeded my customer service expectations by making me a VIP and offering to waive the
overnight fee. I was very impressed and very grateful. The bag arrived overnight as promised, but it was too small. I hated to return the book bag because your rep had been so kind. Yesterday, a beautiful get well bouquet arrived at our home for Morgan. It was from Zappos! There is no way I will return that bag without picking something else out from Zappos. In addition, I want EVERYONE to know what a wonderful company you are. I am so impressed and cannot thank you enough Zappos! Also, thank you for giving me the e-mail address to send my feedback.
