These shoes felt great right out of the box. They are very comfortable and supportive however I did feel that they stretched lightly after first day of wearing

Beautiful casual shoe! This shoe is great. Very comfortable and stylish and in hard to find narrow size. And wow, Zappos is the best. I ordered this around 7 pm yesterday and my shoes were here by 11 this morning! How they do it I don't know.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Vaneli fits great for narrow, I like Cole Haan, Stuart Weitzman

I've dealt with several via phone doing some shoe shopping, and they're always, always, always cheerful and they personalize the conversation. Your staff seems to enjoy their work and makes shopping online/exchanging via phone a breeze. The VIP overnight shipping is great too, but I could do without that as long as your staff continued their positive, personal service to customers.
