I generally have difficulty buying shoes because I have wide feet, but ordered these in a wide size, and they fit perfectly. I can walk in them for hours. They are well constructed and suit various outfits.

Just received these shoes. They run about a size too small. Although they appear to be leather, feels more like a rubberized material. Upon close examination, they appear somewhat inexpensive and possibly could rip in the mesh area.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Rockport or Cole Haan

I just received this shoe after returning 2 others due to size problems. This one also does not fit. The heel box is too wide and slips when I walk. I'm not crazy about the material it's made of either. I did receive these shoes at the speed of light though; customer service is excellent.

Spent more on my feet than my Mortgage this month and darn proud of it. Customer Loyalty Team is a good title. This customer will be back, again & again; have already told my daughter to get online & check out ZAPPOS for her & her son, my treat.
