The Fitzwell Wilona is a really cute shoe. It seems to run small; I had to return my regular size and ordered a 1/2 size larger. This one fits better, any longer would be too large, but I think ordering a wide shoe would have made the fit better still, because area between the strap and top of the toes is a little tight.

This is a fantastic looking shoe. I wear flats quite a bit, and interesting details are sometimes what makes the outfit. The strap across the shoe is comfortable; does not dig into my foot at all. The only thing is that the shoe bunches out a bit, so it does not fit exactly to the foot. This could be because I have flat feet. It could also be because the shoe is wide width and I am right in the middle between regular and wide. Additionally, it does not have a lot of arch support, so some people might have to put in inserts. I wear 9.5 to 10.5 depending on the designer and this shoe is perfect at 9.5 so I would say it is true to size. As a side note, I have the Leopard Hair/Chocolate color, which is great. You can even wear it with black because the chocolate is so dark.

a very cute shoe. Service was wonderful. Shoe sizing for me is 8 to 8.5 medium or wide. It just depends on the shoe. I purchased 8.5 wide Too long and too wide. I called and got the 8 wide. It is still a little big would have been perfect with a higher strap to hold on better but I love the style. I think 8 medium may have fit better wearing with stockings - So I would say they run a little wide and long.
