I love Fitzwell for the gel inserts and have other styles from them. However, these shoes seem to run very tight and do not loosen up with wear.

The Fitzwell Wendy is a beautiful shoe for work or dress. It\'s very comfortable and I get many complements on them. Best of all is the Zappo\'s culture. I\'ve never dealt with a company so well organized and truly customer focused! Keep up the great work Zappo\'s!
