I bought this bag to take on a trip out of the country this past summer. It was my main bag and I used it every day. I purchased the Kavu brand due to their good reputation on making long lasting and durable outdoor articles. Unfortunately, after only 1 1/2 months the seams began to come apart. I contacted Zappos and they exchanged it for a duplicate bag. I have yet to use the new one; hopefully it will last longer. This bag would work great for traveling, outdoor activities or even around town. The good: great pockets on the outside! The front side has both a large zipper pocket and 2 large pockets which close with velcro for easy access. The backside has two medium zipper pockets which can hold your wallet, camera or MP3 player. It is a backpack done in a "shoulder-sling" fashion so it has more versatility than a backpack because it can be worn on your back or side. It also works better than a backpack because it can be "folded" in half taking on the appearance of a messenger bag and becoming more compact as well. The bad: it only has one pocket on the inside. It is large but it's hard to find things fast. A better design would have been one large pocket with a smaller one on top. Also, there is a pocket for a cell phone on the shoulder strap, but the width is too small to fit most phones (depth and height are good). All-in-all, the design of the bag is great and very versatile. If the seams hold up on this one, then it's a winner!

Weak seams, great looking bag, great for traveling. Purchased for trip out of the country. Great space, design and function; however, seams began to come apart with less than 30 days of use.

 |  | Zappos rocks, you so made my nine year old son’s day. We went looking for new DC shoes last Sunday and spent 3 hours only to find out that his shoe size was 6.5 right between boy’s and men's. The stores had no selection in either. We were told by one salesperson that most boys skip that size so they don't carry many. He was very disappointed, I suggested ordering from you guys that night and he didn't want to wait for shipping. I told him Zappos was quick, but he wanted to try stores again, so we did on Tuesday evening and came home empty handed again. We got online, ordered a pair he liked (there were so many to chose from in the size we needed) at 9:30 that night. Of course he was all about when would they be here, again I told him how quick you are at shipping and that probably Thursday at the latest Friday. He came home from school on Wednesday and they were on the front porch. He was so happy!!! Loved the shoes and can't wait to order another pair. I have told other people how fast they got here and no one believes that is even possible. I don't know how you do it, but thanks so much. You're the best.
