With a trip to Durango, Colorado booked, I decided I needed some new all around shoes for the trip. I ordered several pairs of shoes from Zappos knowing I could return what didn't work out. When these shoes arrived, I immediately knew these were the ones. I put them on and they fit like a glove. They are very flexible, lightweight, supportive, and most of all comfortable. I just returned from my trip and could not have been happier with their performance while we were hiking, zip-lining, shopping, etc. My feet did not need to acclimate to the shoes. I did not get blisters or have any other problems. I love these shoes and plan to use them for my everyday walking shoes. I hope Merrell will keep this style. In fact, once I looked at my shoe inventory for this trip, I noticed they were all Merrell shoes.

These are great looking sneaks. They're light as a feather, and without a doubt they are the most comfortable sneaks I've ever had. I'm cursed with nasty looking bunions and you simply can't notice them at all in these sneaks. My daughters have tried to rip them right off my feet. People have actually stopped me and asked where I got them. So, Zappos, prepare for an onslaught of orders. I've been ordering from you for years. Nothing could be easier. Keep up the good work!

This are the cutest tennis shoes ever! Even neater than they look in the picture. Very soft and comfortable right out of the box - a wonderful shoe.

Initially bought these in size 9.5, but felt that were too large. The 9 fit perfectly. Wore them on a safari trip and they were very comfortable. A good choice!

I bought these for a six week trip through Central America, because I wanted a shoe that was supportive enough for lots of walking and possibly some light hiking, but that was breathable and looked decent enough to work in slightly nicer situations. I was incredibly happy with the Merrell Robotic on all fronts. My sole complaint would be that the laces come untied very easily -- I\\\'m guessing because they\\\'re tubular and made of a very slippery fabric. But if you double-knot them or swap them out, the shoes should be perfect. True to size (I\'m an 8.5) and totally comfortable with or without socks.

I was so excited to get these shoes in the mail. They came fast and were so cute! But boy was I disappointed when putting them on. The fitting just felt strange on the feet. The heel was definitely "weird" it was raised up a bit and too much toe room. I'm going to try for a different pair of Merrells.

Bought these to work an 8-day conference. I was up and running the entire time, and these shoes were great. I put my orthotic in on top of the existing insole with no problem. (Theirs is not removable in this shoe.) Light, airy, comfortable, and a trim enough style to pass for business casual for this event. Yes, compliments too.

Almost really great!
Cute and mostly comfy, but the heel design is a little weird and hard and sculpted inside, and also pretty wide. I felt like if I could just find the right socks, maybe it would fit ok - like specialty hiking socks. Lots of room in the toe area, and great mesh ventilation for summer.

Great shoes!
These are very comfortable and attractive shoes. The tread is great in that it won't pick up little rocks like some athletic shoes will. My favorite shoe by far!

Odd Design, but cute on!
I bought these shoes for a trip to South America, so we'll see how they hold up. I expected the uppers to be more like athletic shoes, but it is a see-through mesh, almost like a water shoe should be. I got a size 10 because I usually wear that in an athletic shoe, (9.5 rest of the time). They're borderline too big (I've run in between Merrell sizes in the past), but if I synch the laces, they fit comfortably with no toes getting crammed, and no heals rubbing in back. They're cute with jeans or the anything sporty.

 |  | You guys are the best!!! I'm purchasing these boots for my niece's birthday and bringing them when I visit her at college next week. I could have gotten the boots elsewhere, but I knew positively I was going to get them from Zappos because of the great experiences I've had with you in the past. I knew if the size wasn't just right or she wanted a different color it would be a breeze to make the exchange.
