LOVE this bag. I bought it in Navy w/ white ducks. It is very sporty and is neutral enough to go with most clothing. The straps are 100% leather and smell wonderful! Lining is a shocking hot pink - and lots of pockets inside to tuck things in. Only complaint is the handles could be an inch or two longer. I get stuck sometimes when I'm picking it up to swing up on my shoulder.

I was glad to see these cute new styles for spring, I ordered the "Betty" bag & I was very pleased; the inside has so much room, including an inner zip pocket in the middle of the 2 open pockets. It's very easy to keep clean, just wipe with a damp cloth, the inner fabric is like a windbreaker jacket, also very easy to keep clean. I love the honey leather straps, very comfortable. This bag will go everywhere with me this summer!! Thanks, Zappos for offering this classic brand!!

 |  | Thank you, thank you! I'm thinking the Zappos customer service team must be made up of magical wizards, and I am getting spoiled! I called yesterday to exchange sneakers for a larger size, and late last night ordered some girly shoes, and this morning BOTH the sneakers and the shoes were at my door! I am stunned! Today I called a different place to order a specialty item (after checking Zappos site for something similar first, of course) and there is just no comparison whatsoever. Now I must wait at least a week for my order from this other place, and on top of that, pay ten bucks shipping! See, I am spoiled by Zappos spectacular customer service. Thank you so much!
