Ordered these in a size 10 1/2. They are not true to size. Much too small. My daughter wears a 9 and they fit her.

Beautiful, simple, elegant shoe. I have a great proclivity for pumps that have a slightly shorter toebox (long pointy ones make me feel like a witch) so these are perfect. A bit narrow at the toes at first, but it stretches out. Heel is quite high, so great for the office but not so great for running to meetings.

Love the shoes. They are just the right color of red and the height of the heel is great. They go well with dresses, skirts or pants. Even my husband of 36 years commented on my cute, sexy shoes.

I love these shoes. They are the perfect shade of red: like Scarlet Johanson\'s (sp?) lipstick. Not to bright, not too brick. Now, they are tight across the widest part of my foot -- but that part of my foot is a little on the wide side. I got a 7.5, which is what I usually wear. The best part is that I do not slip out of them when I walk. My hope is that they break in a little bit so I don\'t kill my toes.

 |  | You're pretty awesome. Let me count the ways: 1. You make it easy for me to find great shoes. That should be enough. BUT I SOLDIER ON. 2. Pretty darn good website. There are lil' bugs here and there (sometimes narrowing a search doesn't totally work, but for the most part it does), but comparing you folks to some other nightmarish sites I've used, especially with the sheer amount of product you have for me to see...well done. 3. Convenience. HOLY CONVENIENCE, BATMAN! Much like Ian McKaye of the band Fugazi, I am a patient boy, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait, I'll wait. But when I order from you I don't have to. I've had shoes get to me so fast I actually thought there must have been a mistake because it got to me TOO quickly. Guys, that is some serious service. This is why I buy shoes exclusively from you. 4. Customer Service. I had a store credit recently, but like an idiot, I deleted the email with the credit code. I called up and talked to a totally friendly, funny, helpful guy. He said he'd take care of emailing me the code and all would be right with the world. OH NOES! The email, actually never showed up. So I called back and spoke with a totally friendly, funny, helpful girl (with a completely pretty voice, I'll be honest) and she got me a coupon code while I was on the phone (THAT'S good turnaround) and explained that there were the dreaded *technical difficulties* and the other dude didn't actually screw up. Guys, I've never talked to a company on the phone and ended with such a good feeling. I have friends that I don't enjoy talking to on the phone that much. Close friends. Is it ok if I just call to talk sometime? I'm kidding. Maybe. 5. You ALL seem to have a sense of humor. You guys are frakkin' funny! Your email, any of the “dig deeper” sort of stuff (blogs, joke of the day, etc.). That is beyond refreshing, thank you so much :) Honestly, as long as you guys are around, you got my bidness.
