Zappos has an excellent choice of merchandise, they have the most amazing customer service I have ever seen from any department store much less web catalog. The return policy is incredible. Usually if you buy something from a company, they give you a small number of days to return it, make you pay for the shipping to have it sent to you and return shipping. Most companies when you return something are snotty and nasty and definitely not helpful and it takes weeks if not months to get a credit for your merchandise or refund. Zappos is so friendly about returning things, they send you a post paid label to return the merchandise; they are just so superior to any company I have ever dealt with. I love their policy on if something's not in stock they email you when it comes available. I just can't say enough about their selection choice and customer service. I wish they were running my grocery store, bank, and every store I shop in. I hope they keep expanding their merchandise because I will choose them first always.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: Any brand Zappos carries will be great, if it doesn\'t fit they will gladly take it back and let you choose something else.

Love these shoes. They are not too high, so therefore I was able to walk all over the place. They are sexy and simple. The fit was perfect!

I love these shoes. They are the perfect heel size to wear to work or any where. They do not hurt my feet at all and they look good on.

These are the first pair of Vaneli shoes I have purchased so was a little apprehensive because of shipping costs and constraints. I ordered them on Monday and they arrived today, Friday. I'm certainly impressed by the promptness of the shipping. Back to the shoes. I guess I was born lucky - they could have been too short/long in the length, too wide/narrow in the width. I take a size 9 in a narrow fitting and have difficulties getting shoes to fit, especially when sizes are not consistent between suppliers. These fit really well and I have to thank the other reviewers for providing good feedback. Can't wait to wear them next week for a wedding. I will certainly buy from Zappos again.

I love Vaneli shoes. Because I am a ballroom dancer, I need shoes that have "smooth" soles, great fit and looks. This pair fits the bill. They fit perfectly. The back strap, although not adjustable, is very, very comfortable and doesn’t get too tight as the hours go by.

Great shoe. Very affordable and comfortable. Comfort is the key. I wore these shoes to a wedding and never felt like I had to take them off until the end of the dance. Danced all night in them!

I ordered three pairs of shoes to wear to my daughter’s wedding, although I have not worn heels in 15 years. The Vaneli Mirias is the pair I chose to keep. It was wide enough at the front to accommodate my bunion and the shoes were comfortable (much wider than the Ross Hommerson shoes I had purchased in a 6D). I did not need to change shoes all evening. I bought the black patent Mirias, and after walking around in them at home, the insole wrinkled where it meets the black patent under the ball of the foot (both feet). I lifted the insole up a little, smoothed it out, and reglued it with Superglue, and it has been fine since.
Other brands recommended by reviewer: David Tate was wide and comfortable, but with more room at the heel, which I didn't need.

This is a really pretty shoe and would be very comfortable also except that the heel strap is NOT adjustable so the shoe is unstable unless it happens to fit exactly. For me, it did not and would have been unsafe to wear, but if it does - good choice. Good luck!
