Very comfortable. Not the most flattering design, but I needed something flat, but more sturdy than a ballet shoe, so these will do. Unlike the Frye boots (which run a size large), these are true to size. Love the Frye brand, such cool designs but usually comfortable too.

I've ordered 3 pairs of shoes within the past 24 hours and all have been upgraded and I shall receive them this week. You have improved your customer service 100% and I applaud you. I live in San Francisco and within a mile of a couple shoe stores. I will now do my shoe shopping with Zappos...much to my husband's chagrin! Your great service will be spread around to my friends.
