Was pretty hesitant about buying these boots, but man am I sure glad I broke down and got \'em. These boots fit like a glove out of the box. I took direction from some different reviewers of Mark Nasons\' other styles and ordered one half size smaller than I usually wear and that was advice well taken. Extremely happy with my new boots and the service from Zappos is amazing.

 |  | I know many times all you hear about are complaints, but this note is just to let you know that out of all my experiences with websites and purchasing online (which I do a lot of), your website, your ordering process, and your return process is the easiest I have ever experienced. I just a placed an order, and it was just like “1, 2, 3,” and I had made my purchase. I have ordered from you before, and unfortunately had to make some returns, but it was a breeze to return. Don't think I will ever purchase shoes from another retailer again. Thank you for such pleasant experiences!!
