I have a wide foot and chronic plantar fasciitis due to a high arch that make finding comfortable workout shoes difficult. After buying and wearing these to the gym for a while, my feet stopped aching because I finally was wearing the correct shoe for me. Awesome shoe for the under-pronator. Shoes felt comfy from the get-go with little break-in time. Cute, too.

These are a great casual shoe for me. I wear orthotics and they do accommodate them nicely in a "wide." I normally wear a 7.5, but got these in an 8 and they fit well. I wear these at work, but would probably not use them to 'walk' for exercise because they don't feel stable enough for my overpronating feet! They are very nice looking in the red/black combo. Zappos rocks, but we already know that!

These shoes took awhile to break in, but after that initial period, they were really comfortable. I just think I’m not used to the arch support. My foot is a little bit wide (like Chuck Taylors are slightly uncomfortable for me) and these shoes were fine in that department. I’ve only had them about a month, but so far so good. Super cute, too!

A good looking athletic shoe. Not quite the support I need, but a nice change of pace for trips to the mall or supermarket. Recently went to Disneyworld and decided these would not do the job. I’m keeping these, however, as I am getting a lot of compliments on how nice they look. I purchased a 12M and I’d have to buy a wider width to accomodate an orthotic.

Though this walking/running shoe is more than adequate in almost all respects (it is true to size and width, comfortable and attractive), it has two distinctly negative features: (1) it is much lighter in weight than its predecessor NB Zip model, so it feels quite a bit less supportive and (2) it was obviously not made in the US--stitching and trim around the laces is sloppy and in spots even incomplete. Because I had a Zappos gift certificate that brought the price down considerably, I decided to keep the shoes. I would not have paid full price for them otherwise.

These shoes are awesome. I have wide feet and I had problems with another pair of expensive running shoes that I had purchased at another store (my feet would go numb after running for about 25 minutes in the ball of my foot). I was a nervous wreck as I had to run 8 miles in a leg of a marathon relay and only had a week to find something that worked. I ordered these shoes from Zappos and I had no problem. I only had 15 minutes to do a "trial" the day before the race and then ran in them the next day without a hitch and no numbness. These are great comfortable shoes... light on the feet.

Very comfortable shoe. I have a wide foot. I normally wear an 8 1/2 W. I ordered an 8 1/2 wide and have to wear very thin socks with these. I wish I had ordered either an 8 1/2 WW or a 9 W to have a little more room. Zappos service is the BEST!

shipping has been upgraded and the other with the tracking number. Well, look at that,
