Do not buy these shoes. They are not true to size and they broke at the thong part within 2 months.

The Bearpaw Gardenia is cute and comfortable. They can be dressed up or down. The only thing I dislike is the loud "flip-flop" sound when I walk. For some reason they really smack my feet. I've only worn them a few times. Maybe the sound will disappear as I wear them more.

Comfortable from the moment you put them on! No breaking in required. As a high school teacher on her feet all day, I highly recommend these shoes!

I don't like to be negative but, are the other reviewers talking about the same sandal? In my opinion, it was about as comfortable as walking on a slab of very hard rubber. There was zilch cushioning, as a matter of fact, the little logo thing right where your heel hits, sticks out, and makes it even more uncomfortable. It looks cute enough, and it would probably be fine if you're doing very little walking, but I sure wouldn't call it comfortable.

Great shoe, strange straps -
This shoe was very comfortable and fit very well, true to size. The only problem was trying to walk in them. They were very floppy, as if the straps were too far forward on the foot to keep them on securely. I really wanted to love them, but I would have had a hard time actually walking in them, so they had to go back, but I would definitely recommend them as they were very comfortable and fit nicely.

Tried this brand for the 1st time, love it! Good quality leather upper, a pillow to walk on all day and heel height is perfect for summer and all year in Florida. Fit is true to size and perfect width. Will look at this brand again.

These shoes are both beautiful and comfortable! I purchased them as an alternative to a shoe or sandal with heels for a more formal look while on a cruise and the comfort has me wearing them all of the time! The foot bed is cushy and the toe strap doesn\'t pinch. The leather adds a formal touch. Overall, a great shoe!

These are great sandals for the price. They're stylish, comfortable, and true to size. I had never owned anything from this brand before, but am now considering purchasing another Bearpaw sandal as well. Zappos delivery was fast as always.

Love these shoes! They are so much nicer than a sloppy pair of flip flops! Really comfy. Only suggestion is to order them a size smaller or if you are in doubt about size, order the smaller size because they did stretch out a bit. Love them though!

I am enjoying wearing these sandals. In fact, I liked them so much that I ordered another pair in black. They are very comfortable.
