Beautiful sandals, but I have to return them as the straps across the ball of the foot are way too narrow. Even though it is medium width, there was no way the 8.5 fit. I am trying to reorder a 9 in hopes that will fit width-wise and not be too long. I love the shoe and I love Zappos!

 |  | Good Evening. I just have to say WOW! When someone deserves a compliment for going above and beyond, I am happy to say so. I have never written to a company with such praise. But your company is the exception. With the economy, you just expect to pay more and get less. This motto is definitely not how your company operates. I not only received my shipment basically the next day, FREE, it was exactly what was described online. Thank you again and keep up the good work. From, One Happy Customer:-)
