Shoe Arch: Excellent arch support
Good looking shoes but not that well built. One would expect durability after spending this much on this pair of boots. The boots look really great and very comfortable to wear for long hours. However, the soles are not well built. It starts falling off after around 2 weeks of wearing. I had to apply super glue just to make my money's worth (plus I love the look and comfort).

 |  | Can I just say, I have always hated shopping for shoes until I stumbled upon Zappos. Zappos has changed the way I shoe shop. Since discovering Zappos, it is the only place I shoe shop. No more dragging from store to store to find the right shoes and the right size. I love Zappos! I have ordered dress shoes, boots and casual shoes from Zappos. On occasions I have had to return shoes because they just were not what I wanted; either they did not feel right or they were not the look I wanted. The return policy is so easy and Zappos does not make you feel guilty for returns! P.S. My husband even shops from Zappos now. He cannot believe how great the customer service is. We love you Zappos!
